breakfast 6:30 - Cup of green tea + 1/4 apple (20)
Mid-morning - 1 bowl of oats, 2 Fritata slices (500)
Snack- 1 cup so good soy milk + tbsp chocolate sustagen (200)
Lunch - lean beef with vegetables (200)
Being very sedentary today, been sitting all day finishing assignments zzz
From now on, I’m going to write my daily intake on this tumblr, Lets do this!
Goal for today : 1400 calories
